Oshman & Mirisola, LLP, originally founded over 35
years ago, was formed with the guiding principles of service
to its clients and excellence in advocating their cases.
Today, we have grown to become one of the preeminent law firms

consumer rights and commercial litigation. Despite the growth
since our early days, Oshman & Mirisola, LLP continues to

First and foremost, our clients are provided the time,

matters to us. We strive to create an environment where every
client's case is handled as the most important one in the
firm. From initial intake, the institution of legal
proceedings, conducting discovery and ultimately, to
settlement or trial, our clients are always kept abreast of
the status of their case. After a case is evaluated and
accepted the client is advised of a specific lawyer and
paralegal who will be responsible for handling their matter
and communicating with them. In addition, clients are provided
copies of all significant documents and can determine the
stage of their litigation through on-line access provided by
the firm. In the event a case is rejected or is one we are
unable to handle, we will attempt to assist you by providing a
referral to another attorney.
While the litigation process can be a difficult one, we
attempt to make it as easy for you as possible. This is
accomplished by maintaining open lines of communication to
address all your needs and questions as they may arise. In
addition, we are always available to speak with you and if you
are unable to come to our offices for an initial case sign-up,
we will send someone to you whether at home or in the
hospital. Finally, we utilize the contingency fee system,
where we not only provide free consultations, but never charge
a fee unless we are successful in obtaining a settlement or
jury verdict on your behalf.
